You always get a written quote first.

Most of the time, yes — broken springs and stuck doors are our most common same-day calls. Call or text early for the best chance at a same-day window.

We strongly advise against it. Torsion springs store enormous energy and regularly injure DIYers. This is the one job where 'probably fine' truly isn't — leave the winding bars to insured pros.

Yes: a municipal business licence, WorkSafeBC coverage, and commercial liability insurance. Garage-door work is an unregulated trade in BC, so we're precise — we never imply a trade certificate that doesn't exist.

Fixed right or we come back free. Every repair carries a workmanship warranty, and parts are manufacturer-warrantied.
