Will a smart opener work with my phone?
Yes. The LiftMaster units we install include myQ, so you can open, close, and check the door from your phone, and get an alert if you left it open.
What happens in a power outage?
We offer models with battery backup, so the door keeps opening through the winter outages we all get on the coast. Otherwise there's always the manual release.
